What is this store’s return and exchange policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.
*Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
The Storenvy checkout process uses Paypal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Paypal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to Paypal’s secure servers. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
To complete an order, you must have a Paypal account. Most users already have one, but if you don’t, it will only take a few seconds to create.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store’s shipping policy for more information.
Can I track my order?
You should receive an email, once your order is shipped, with your tracking information. This is sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
What happens when I place an order with multiple stores?
In almost every case, you will receive a separate package from each store you placed an order with. (Exceptions occur when you order from stores that use Storenvy Fulfillment, in which case those stores’ items will all arrive in the same package.) Any questions or comments you have about an item should be handled with the specific store through which you ordered that item.
What if anything else is wrong with my order?
First, check the Storenvy Buyer’s Agreement for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.
